Portarlington Library
The refurbishment and remodelling of Portarlington Library is underway - on paper at least. The Part VIII submission for this scheme was lodged with Laois County Council in February with a decision expected by the end of March. Davey Smith Architects have been working in concert with Mulcahy McDonagh and Partners project managers on this project.
